  A few days ago, I visited the Lewisham way Post Office regarding a package addressed to the SE14 area. Staff at Lewisham redirected me to the Brockley Post Office, despite knowing that Brockley only handles packages for the SE4 postcode. When I arrived at Brockley, I was informed that they do not hold packages for SE14. A staff member then provided me with confirmation showing that my package had been delivered to Lewisham way.I returned to Lewisham way, where I was shown the package. Upon inspection, I noticed that my package had been opened. Staff claimed that Royal Mail had opened the box and placed the contents into a bag, but the item was neither sealed in a bag nor properly secured. Because of this, I refused to accept it. I then requested the name of a Black female staff member who was dealing with the package, so I could provide Very with the correct contact in my report. She refused to give her name. I asked a second staff member (a Black male employee) for her name, and he also refused, stating that I “don’t need her name.” Their refusal raised further concerns about the handling of my package. I informed Very of what happened, and they agreed that the situation appeared suspicious. I am now formally reporting this matter because opening or tampering with packages without proper authority is unacceptable and potentially illegal. I request a full investigation into: Why Lewisham Post Office redirected me to a location that does not handle SE14 parcels. Why my package arrived opened. Why staff members refused to provide their names when asked in a reasonable and appropriate context. I expect a written response and an explanation of the steps that will be taken to address this incident. 0.00000000000000 my feed back (useless) NEVER SEND YOUR PACKAGE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT IT TO BE DAMAGED.

  A Post Office branch inside Osborne Pharmacy. It is brand new but small, with a single serving counter. It is quiet so rarely any queues, but that maybe because it is not very well known locally yet. Service is good and had no problems using any of their Post Office services.
